I'm Matthijs Blaaser, a fashion design student at the Amsterdam Fashion Academy with hands-on experience in both fashion and retail. I’ve worked as a sales assistant in a pet shop and currently working at Atelier Munro clothing store, as well as a barista, where I developed strong customer service skills and an eye for style. As a fashion advisor, I offer styling guidance and can perform garment repairs.

 

I assisted backstage at Paris Fashion Week with Fashion for Futures, supporting both the organisation of the show and administrative tasks. I had a collaboration with Uniqlo, where I designed a new piece from there leftover clothes. I’m skilled in tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and I have a background in customer relationship management (CRM).

 

Currently, I’m expanding my language skills by learning French, while already working fluently in both English and Dutch. I enjoy creative challenges and am always eager to learn and grow within the fashion industry.
